Student days are special days we open the LARF site to school field trips.

TIME: Gates open from 9am to 2pm. Students may arrive any time after 8:00 am.
DATES:
Grades 7-12 date is Tuesday November 16th
Grades 5-9 date is Wednesday November 17th
Grades K-6 & Home School is Thursday Nov 18th

PROGRAMS: As soon as the Student Day schedule is finalized we will post it on out web site. We will also ensure everyone that places an order gets a copy of the schedule. Additional copies will be available for both teachers and students at the festival entrance gate.

BAG LUNCHES: Bag lunches are available for $3.75 (Note 1) each and consist of turkey with cheese sandwich, chips, fruit, Capri Sun fruit juice and condiments. Bag lunches must be purchased in advance, and will be in bags for pickup by school. Bag lunch orders are non-refundable and must be paid prior to your arrival. On school day our usual festival concessions, including our turkey legs, will be available. Food items typically range between one and five dollars. You may also elect to bring your own lunches.

ADMISSION TICKETS: Student and adult advance purchase tickets are $8.00 (Note 1) per person, with one free chaperone ticket for every ten student tickets purchased. A 10% discount will be given if we receive payment in full for your order prior to October 20th. All advance orders will include a $7 (Note 1) packing and shipping charge. Ticket reservations may be made any time prior to November 10th, which will allow us to have your complete order shipped to you or waiting for you when you arrive. If you have additional people join your group, they may purchase their tickets at the festival on the day of the event for $9 (plus tax)(Note 1).
